OUR SPIRITS
We strongly believe in championing and supporting the individual. We work with independent farmers and suppliers who provide us with the ingredients and processes that make our small batch spirit's unique and responsibly sourced.
Our premium small batch artisan gin is distilled with 9 carefully selected hand-picked botanicals, to ensure it is refreshing as is it aromatic. A compliment of juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root and citrus peel, built around a core of heather, pink peppercorns, sweet fennel and rose petals results in a bold taste profile.
It is the only spirit made with the freshest purified water taken from the depth of Loch Ness, which is what makes our gin so special.

THE GIN
THE SPIRIT OF LOCH NESS
The only artisan, small batch gin distillery that uses fresh, filtered water straight from Loch Ness, with wild heather and the dried petals of the Jacobite rose all synonymous with Elrick House.
PERFECT SERVE
Serve our original gin over a generous helping of ice, topped with a premium light tonic and garnish with a twist of orange.
NOSE
Bright, fresh and fragrant
PALATE
Juniper to the fore with a rich citrus blend, with a rich floral note kick from the rose and heather, balanced nicely with the coriander and pepper spice.
FINISH
Refreshingly fresh, earthy, distinctly floral, spicy finish.
